The Ibn Sina Foundation participates in the Moscow International Book Fair

The Sadra publishing house with the support of the Ibn Sina Foundation is going to take part in the Moscow International Book Fair, which will take place at the Manege the Central Exhibition Hall from 2 to 6 September 2020.

As always, the publishing house together with the Ibn Sina Foundation will present its new books published over the past year, as well as the range of previously published works.

The representatives of the Sadra publishing house will be happy to provide information to visitors and recommend the books that might interest them.

The new editions include:

- books on history and Oriental studies ("The Chronicles of Najd" by Seyed Ali Mujani; "Egypt: from Nasser to the present day" by M.F. Vidyasova; "Ta'rikh Miskindja. Dagestani Historical Writing" by A.R. Shikhsaidov, Z.Sh. Zakariaeva, A.R. Navruzova);

- books on philosophy ("Sufism: development of the mystical language in the works of an-Niffari"; "Ishrak #9" yearbook on Islamic philosophy; collection of articles "Revolution and evolution in Islamic thought and history"; "Mulla Sadra: Life and Philosophy" by Seyed Salman Safavi);

- books on linguistics (Language and cognition: introduction to post-relativism " by S.Y. Boroday; 1st volume of the monograph by V.B. Ivanov "Essay on the theory of the Persian language");

- books on Qur’anic and Islamic studies ("Amir Mu’izzi Nishapuri. Siyasat-namah/ Siyar al-muluk (“Book of Government”/”The Lives of Kings”): falsified work attributed to Nizam Al-Mulk by A.A. Hismatulin; a collection of articles on "Qur’anic Exegetics");

-fiction books ("Nahid" by Sh. Zamani; "Farangis" by M. Fattahi);

- children's literature ("Sudabe and Siyavush" - 10th issue of the "Shahnameh" series).

Safety rules at the Moscow International book fair

All IMBF visitors are required to wear masks and gloves and keep the social distance of 1.5 metres. There will be specified time slots for the entrance, with a limited number of people in each group. Please plan your visit in advance, select the group and buy an e-ticket.
