The book «Sudabeh and Siyavush», the 10th issue of the Shahnameh children’s series by Mohammad Reza Yousefi, has recently seen the light. The earlier editions included stories about Rustam and Suhrab, Salma, Tur and Iraj, Ruzan, the first Nowruz, etc.

«Sudabeh and Siyavush» is a story about the Queen Sudabeh, who would turn into a young and beautiful woman near the young Siyavush, and would become old, irritable and angry near Ahriman. This is a story about embellishing love and deforming hatred.

The book was illustrated by the Iranian artist Farhad Jamshidi, translated into Russian by Jovid Mirzoev and prepared for publication by the Sadra publishing house.
