Abstract
This books contains a review of viewpoints of five famous Muslim thinkers — Ibn Miskawayh, Zarnuji, Suhrawardi, Hoja Tusi and Mawlawi — on pedagogical issues. Their rich philosophical legacy can contribute in forming an Islamic pedagogical system and can become a starting point for exploration of Islamic thought and civilization on the whole.
This book can be beneficial not only for studies, but also for theoretical works and research, providing a foundation for classification of pedagogical schools in Islamic history, their analysis and criticism.
