This is a really significant event, as Sharif Razi’s most important work that includes sermons, letters and wise sayings of Ali ibn Abi Talib, cousin and son-in-law of the Prophet Muhammad, has been published in Tatar for the first time. The immense translation work has been done by Muhamet-hazrat Gallyamov, a well-known imam-hatib of the Ikhlas mosque in Ufa and chairman of the same-name Muslim religious organization.
The Tatar edition was prepared with the assistance of the Ikhlas Muslim religious organization, the Uwais Qarani International Islamic University and the Islamic Culture Research Foundation.
It should be reminded that “Nahj al-Balagha” in Russian saw the light in 2007 and has been republished twice so far. This project was also implemented with the support of the Islamic Culture Research Foundation.
