Yesterday, on August 10, a private kindergarten in Moscow —Magic Castle — hosted the Persian Tale Day with the support of the Ibn Sina Foundation. Victoria Pourhekmat, a well-known Persian language teacher and expert in Iranian studies, visited the children and spoke to them about the Iranian culture and the tales published by the Sadra publishing house. She read several parables by the Persian poet and thinker Saadi from the «Halwa and Rainbow» collection and discussed their moral lessons with the kids.
At the end of the event the children received gifts from Sadra and the Ibn Sina Foundation.
For the last decade the English kindergarten Magic Castle has been ranked as one of top kindergartens and international schools in Moscow. Magic Castle is a private kindergarten for kids from 1 to 7 years old. It offers education in English and also facilitates preparation for Russian schools.
