The 8th edition of the Quran’s meanings has been translated into Russian and published by the AST publishing house with the assistance of the Sadra publishing house.
The Quran is the only holy scripture for all Muslims. The edition represents the semantic translation of the Holy Quran on the basis of the work of Iranian scholars “The Light of the Holy Quran: Explanations and Interpretations” (2001-2014), which had been previously published in Russian. The book includes the original Arabic text of the Qur’an accompanied by the translation. The edition is embellished with gilded ornaments and features a reading strip.
The joint project for publishing the Qur’an was initiated in 2016 with the participation of AST, Sadra and the Ibn Sina Foundation. To date, the book has been published eight times in seven different formats.
