Abstract
The first issue of the yearbook of Islamic philosophy “Ishraq” (“Illumination”) contains more than thirty articles in Russian and English, devoted to a wide range of issues, current in Islamic philosophical thought, written by the leading Russian and foreign experts in the field. This is the first periodical of this kind in Russia.
